Life is too short not to have fun. In this latest workout series, the degree of difficulty increases as you progress along each video. The first session is seated and chair exercises you can easily do from home. It becomes harder with bodyweight matwork, and then I end off with group HIIT (I only recommend you try HIIT in a group if you're a beginner exerciser).
